Facial Rejuvenation Yoga

Reap the benefits of a
non-surgical “face lift” that restores and rejuvenates the body, mind,
and spirit. Class consists of gentle yoga postures and breathing
techniques, which stretch and strengthen facial muscles with
acupressure, massage and relaxation. Wear comfortable clothes and bring
a yoga mat.
