  • JCC photo ID membership cards are required for access to the JCC and the Fitness Center.

  • Individuals using the Fitness Center or participating in an exercise class must report any physical condition or limitation to the main office. A release form from a physician should be submitted before beginning any exercise program.

  • An Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is on-site.

Pilates                                                               New!

This class will focus on strengthening the abdomen, buttocks, and lower and upper back through a series of controlled movements performed with fluidity and breath. Pilates also improves alignment, flexibility and coordination.

Facial Rejuvenation Yoga                                               New!

Reap the benefits of a non-surgical “face lift” that restores and rejuvenates the body, mind, and spirit. Class consists of gentle yoga postures and breathing techniques, which stretch and strengthen facial muscles with acupressure, massage and relaxation. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat.
